Organizations are rapidly moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, but the skills gap remains a major obstacle. Today, nearly three out of four companies use AI in some form, with another wave of adoption coming it in the next year. Yet more than half cite a shortage of skilled talent as the primary barrier to scaling AI initiatives. To fully realize the value of AI, business leaders need a strategic adoption plan supported by companywide upskilling that enables IT teams and business units to implement AI securely and effectively.
